Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same business day whenever possible.

Orders of $150 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $150 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.95 USD.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package's delivery progress.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are returned in new condition.
