RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping is free. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label. After we review the issue, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Standard Returns

For returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
