Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

03:00 PM (EST)

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are typically processed the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off time may be processed on the following business day.

Handling Time

Same Business Day to 1 Business Day

We prepare, verify, and pack all orders carefully before shipment to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Handling is completed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Transit Time

1–2 Business Days

After your package has been shipped, delivery generally takes between 1 and 2 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Estimated Delivery Time

This estimate includes both order processing and shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping charges are simple and transparent.

  • Orders of $150 USD or more: Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $150 USD: Flat Rate Shipping of $4.95 USD
